BURP TALES will host the food and the culture around it. I love to eat. I love to cook. And I love to eat what I cook. In between, I am open to taste new food, try out new places, learn where the food came from, how to cook a certain dish, etc.

When you travel to a place, their food chronicles their history, their produce, and of course the people. I always share with my family and friends my culinary experience in my travels.
Read more about my Chiang Mai travel in this blog post.

Chiang Mai in 2017 was very memorable for me because it was my first time traveling alone out of my home country.

Other stories and photos from that trip will be in another blog post.
I wish to live hungrily ever after!

P. S. My old blog “thefatgoddesslife” was about food, travel, lifestyle, and culture. I was not painting professionally then but was working in the arts and culture so I had so many things to write about. Now, I am including food stops here in my “newer” blog which will reflect more of the things I am doing and interested in.
